The pace of change is a consciousness problem
Every generation faces a moment when the world accelerates past the maps people were handed. Ours is that moment. The people who navigate it well won't be the ones who adopt AI fastest. They'll be the ones who know who they are before they pick up the tool.
Most AI voices are selling speed. Someone needs to sell orientation.
The dominant conversation is about doing more, moving faster, staying ahead. That's useful. But it's incomplete. What's missing is a framework for who to be while the world reorganizes around you. That's the gap I'm building toward.
The inner and outer worlds are not separate problems
I've spent my career at the frontier of data and AI strategy — shipping semantic models, MCP servers, enterprise-scale systems. And I've spent just as long asking what kind of person needs to be operating those systems. The answer to both questions turns out to be the same person.
